I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the creation of my Company, Buyers Advantage Realty, my “New Concept” and its growth.
Over the years, I have done many things such as being a Police Officer in Hartford and opening 3 new retail businesses from scratch in the same year. In 1992 I got my Real Estate license and proceeded to go to work for several large firms and also some smaller independent companies. When Buyers Agency Law came into place in 1997, I was signing up over 250 clients (a year) and some paid a fee.
In July of 2000, I successfully opened my own real estate company; that’s when BuyersAdvantage Realty was born! Now celebrating the Company's eighth year in business, it has continued in a positive direction and is growing all the time. We are a home-based, internet -connected Company, with full support from my team. We service the entire State of Connecticut- Massachusetts and New York, and are looking to expand to other states. We can also assist in relocation to or from other states.
If there is one thing I believe in, it is that in order to learn about this business you need the right education and financial support to develop your own business.
The Marketing Program I have in place generates over 300 leads a month! Every lead is called by me, pre-qualified, and then passed along to my agents to help them learn their trade.
In creating your business, the first step is setting up your home office and marketing your own business. You are assigned a Mentor/Trainer 24/7 and a Home Office Trainer, plus you get and the support of all my agents on my Team, to make your business strong!. We meet 12 times a year to discuss problems, share information and also touch on future growth. My job has a 24/7 schedule, so you can always get answers to your questions. In order to create a business, you need all the keys to success. In my eyes, it’s not how many transactions you put together, its how your business is developing. I strongly believe that to learn about this business, you need the right education and support!
